The method GetRandomTargetsNoRotation reads out the parameter for random targets without rotation.

Interface

The interface is identical to FB_RandomTargetsGenTar.GetTargetsInPlane(), except the two inputs i_lrMinRotation, i_lrMaxRotation. These two inputs are set to 0.0.
