The method SetMatrixTargetsNoRotation sets the parameter for matrix targets without rotation.

The interface is identical to FB_RandomTargetsGenTar.SetTargetsMatrixInPlane(), except for the inputs i_lrMinRotation, i_lrMaxRotation which do not exist for the method SetMatrixTargetsNoRotation.
